I know you’re busy and my goal is to serve you to the best of my ability.
When you book a session with me, we’ll decide on the type of session, location, time and duration via email. I’m also available to speak over the phone, if you prefer.
Once that’s decided, I’ll send the invoice for the retainer, which guarantees that I’ll block the date for you. The non-refundable retainer goes toward your session.
You’ll also have access to my Style Guide to help with ideas and tips on what to wear.
On the day of your session, we’ll meet at the decided spot, or you’ll come to my studio and I'll photograph you and your family for about 60 minutes. If there are small children, the session might need to be shorter, depending on their attention span.
Within a day or two, we'll meet again for you to look at your proofing digital gallery, directly on my laptop for you to choose all of your favorite images so that I can finish editing them.
That same day, you’ll have the chance to look at my product samples, such as prints, folio boxes, photo book, holiday cards, and photo album, to view first hand the quality of the products you’ll receive.
And lastly, within two weeks, you’ll receive your selected products directly at your door, and your edited and final digital gallery ready for you to enjoy and share with your family and friends!
If you prefer a less involved process, we can do that too! I'll send you a watermarked proofing digital gallery from where you'll make your selection from the comfort or your home.
All you need to do is show up, smile, and choose your favorite images. I got the rest!
